Our rates vary by the time of year, length of stay and whether the unit is standard or premier quality. We try to make staying at Discovery 4 as simple as possible.
Rental Details
When reserving a condominium for your stay, we try to be as specific as possible about the details of your reservation. If you have special requirements such as sleeping arrangements, kitchen equipment, pet unit availability, location on the property, please ask us. We will answer your questions and do everything possible to make your stay at Discovery 4 as enjoyable as possible.
Once you have made your reservation we will send you a rental confirmation which includes arrival and departure information and financial details pertaining to your rental. The rental rate, applicable taxes and fees, cleaning fee, and the remaining amount due are clearly stated. We also require credit card security deposit at check-in. Please review your confirmation and contact us immediately with any discrepancies. |
Mid-week Specials
Book your reservation with us between sunday and thursday and we will take 10% off any 3 night stay and 15% off any 4 night stay!

Some of our units are pet friendly; however, we are only able to accommodate one pet per unit. Reservations for our pet friendly units can be made only by contacting our reservation office at 800-538-4751. An additional fee of between $20 and $50 per night will apply.

"Holiday Period 1" rates apply to all reservations booked during the dates of December 18 to 24, 2009 and January 15 to 18, 2010.
"Holiday Period 2" rates apply to all reservations booked during the dates of December 25, 2009 to January 4, 2010 and February 12 to 22, 2010.

*Please note that credit card payments will not be accepted during Holiday 1 or 2 periods and all reservations require a 50% deposit within 7 days of the initial booking and payment in full is required within 30 days of your planned arrival.

All of the condominium units and homes are individually owned, decorated and furnished by the individual Owner. Neither Discovery 4 Rentals nor the Owner shall be responsible for providing any additional furnishings or equipment not available and not presently existing in the unit at the time the reservation is made. Moving furniture, disconnecting or moving of electronics is prohibited and will result in an additional charge.

For all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all amounts paid less a $50.00 administrative fee will be reimbursed. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival the 1st night and the admin fee will be forfeit. During our prime winter season, for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, all deposits will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook your unit. You are responsible for the unpaid portion if the property was not re-rented. However, you will be reimbursed for any amounts that can be collected from substitute rentals that occur during your scheduled rental period, less the $50.00 cancellation fee.

Substitution of Accomodations
In certain circumstances beyond our control, (i.e. fire, construction, sale of unit etc.) your confirmed property may be unavailable upon your arrival. Discovery 4 Rentals reserves the right to substitute another unit in those rare circumstances at no additional cost to you. It is your choice to accept or not accept the substitute property. Although we will do everything possible to create a pleasant vacation experience, neither Discovery 4 Rentals nor the owner are liable for damages or inconvenience in this rare and unusual situation.

Unit Changes and upgrades
A $25.00 change fee will be applied to a one time only change. However if you change to a larger condo the change fee will not be applied

In addition to the rental rate, a security deposit is required. Guests assume the financial responsibility for any damages incurred during their stay including but not limited to furnishings and appliances. Guest hereby agrees and acknowledges that Agent may make an imprint of a credit card and further authorizes charges on same for any damages incurred or for excessive cleaning and utility usage.
