Our online reservation service allows you to find the condo your looking for,
check it's availability, and make your reservation - all in real-time.

To find the condo that's right for you: go to our
Reservations page and use the drop-down menu at the top of the frame to
choose a unit. The easiest way to search is by arrival date and # of bedrooms
(see graphic below).

To check availability for the dates you want: Find your
arrival date from the drop-down menu, then choose the number of nights you'd
like to stay (NOTE:
Discovery 4 Rentals now requires all reservations to be 2 nights or more.
Any online bookings for less than 2 nights will not be honored). You also have the option to select # of bedrooms. Now select
the search button. (see graphic below).

You will now see the available units to select from. You can
choose the unit “detail and availability” button, or simply go to “Book this
property” button. Once you've selected the "Book It Now!" button you will
proceed to the next menu. From the “details and availability” menu you will
see specific information on the units. From this menu you can also select
“book it now” and proceed to the next menu. (see graphic below).

Now you will see our rental policies section and the guest
information area. If you choose to book a unit, simply fill out the guest
information and select the continue button. After a few moments, you will see
a summary of the rental costs and a request for your credit card information
if you wish to finalize your reservation. (see graphic below).
